How does the Course Work?
After you ordered the course and the payment was verified you will receive a login and password. This is done manually and may take several hours. Please allow for at least 48 hours, before you contact us concerning missing login data. Although you will get you access data usually with in a day, weekends and local holidays may be responsible for delays.

Via a link on the main page of the software design training you can access the password protected area and work on the course.

You can download all course material. This is a number of lectures in PDF format and a number of zipped files with the examples and exercises. Of course you can keep the material for later reference. Only the intermediate examinations require to be worked on online, because they use scripts which are located on our server.

The fact that you can download the material does not mean that it is freeware. The material is copyrighted and we kindly ask you to order a course for each person who wants to use it.

When you fill in the examination you are requested to enter your e-mail address. We will receive a copy of the filled in examination and your e-mail address is used for your identification to be able to fill in your certificate.

In case of questions feel free to contact us by e-mail.

At the end of the course you can apply to us for a certificate. You will receive this certificate if you filled in all examinations and if you eventually passed the tests with at least 80% success.

In case you live in a country where PayPal is not available, please contact us for other payment methods.

For companies, universities or other organizations which are interested in a bigger number of trainings we offer special conditions. Please contact us.

According to common practice and to the law in some countries you can cancel the order as long as you did not enter the password protected area where the course is stored. On reception of your login and password it has to be assumed that you entered the course and dowloaded the material. Therefore if you want to cancel your order you have to do it by e-mail prior to the reception of your login and password.
