MISRA rules

I looked over the MISRA rules for C coding and found some of them inappropriate. Is there somebody who has a list of the real important ones?

some months ago I tried to set up and use violation examples for MISRA 2004. I found a number of examples for rules which did not even compile and therefore are obsolete: 5.4, 8.3, 11.2, 16.6, 18.1, 19.3, 19.8, 19.9, 19.14, 19.17
